Home in Chester County
Located 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, Pacer’s home office is on a beautiful 13-acre campus in Malvern, PA. While some companies have transitioned to operating virtually, we see the importance of an in-person work setting. We find that face-to-face interactions cultivate camaraderie among our employees in ways that a computer screen could not replicate.
Being a Philadelphia area-based company, we take our pride in our city and sports into the office by wearing Phillies, Sixers and Eagles jerseys on Fridays, allowing all of our employees to represent their team pride!
Just as we value the importance of hard work, we also value the importance of creating genuine relationships with one another. When we achieve significant milestones, we like to take the opportunity to celebrate together. From having Joe and Sean grill burgers to having a potluck party, we find these activities important for establishing good morale around the office.
