Convene is a trusted singular solution for meetings and events of all sizes. Since entering the Philadelphia market in 2017, Convene has enjoyed partnering with local organizations and global companies to execute meetings and events that are productive for business and memorable for attendees.

In the past, meeting planners have had to coordinate an overwhelming number of variables in order to produce a successful meeting with the level of coordination only increasing as group size and event days grow.

When planners choose Convene they’re getting more than a place, they’re getting a partner. A true extension of their team that helps to ensure the goals of their event are met, and expectations exceeded.

Meetings and events venues have been reimagined to now offer flexible, agile, and hybrid options to meet each team’s unique needs. Expert planners and five-star service come standard.  In addition Convene specializes in best-in-class technology that includes technical support.

“I love Convene because we never have to worry about tech. They always have capacity. Everything always works there with no fuss. Network coverage is fast and excellent. Tech can be an unknown going into new places and can sometimes be a nightmare, but never with Convene. We always have full confidence in knowing we can do what we need to do when we book with them.”

Damon Williams, Director of Information Technology, First Court

With two purpose-built locations in Philadelphia, Convene is sure to have a space to inspire.

Looking for a venue to host corporate meetings and events? Convene 30 S. 17th Street is located in Center City Philadelphia in close proximity to City Hall and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Spanning 29,000 square-feet the venue boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of the surrounding city.

With 10 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 315 guests, this location is a favorite for conferences with breakout space and corporate offsites.

Have a need for quarterly meetings, workshops, or panel events? Convene Two Commerce Square was purposefully-designed for collaboration and productivity; this venue features unique spaces available for meetings and events of all sizes, from small board meetings to large receptions.

The space has plenty of natural light and a design concept paying homage to Philly’s 1920’s theater scene with rooms resembling grand theaters around the world.

Nestled between the Logan Square and City Center West neighborhoods, Convene Two Commerce Square is conveniently located in the Central Business District of Philadelphia.

The location spans 42,000 square-feet and comprises 11 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate over 225 guests. With a unique layout offering four distinct spaces, the venue allows for up to four concurrent events that each afford a feeling of exclusivity.

Built on the former site of the iconic Mastbaum Theatre, Convene Two Commerce Square thoughtfully pays homage to the location’s rich history with design elements reminiscent of a 1920s theater house.

Regardless of your meeting or event need, both Convene 30 S 17th Street and Convene Two Commerce Square provide a white box space allowing for client and event branding opportunities, catering with dining private to each event, in-room A/V technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources.

Meeting and event planners interested in seeing either location can easily book a tour and will surely experience the five-star service and hospitality Convene is known for.

Convene meeting and event spaces have found an ideal home in the heart of Philadelphia. We can’t wait to host you, Philly.
